Ammonia ball valve in the valve body material selection of corrosion resistant steel (carbon steel added corrosion resistant alloy elements), can be resistant to gas, liquid ammonia corrosion, low temperature to -40℃- +120℃.
The valve body adopts precision casting to prevent the defects of poor corrosion resistance and easy perforation of the shell. Mainly suitable for refrigeration, refrigeration, chemical, petroleum, food, smelting, liquefied gas and other units.
Working principle of ammonia ball valve:
Ammonia ball valve and faran type ball valve is the same. The opening and closing part is a sphere, which rotates 90 degrees around the axis of the valve stem to realize the purpose of opening and closing. It is mainly composed of valve body, ball, valve seat, valve stem, handle and other components. Q41B ammonia ball valve adopts cast steel two-stage flange type, which is composed of right valve body and left valve body. (1) According to the different requirements of use, ammonia pressure reducing valve has many specifications.
