BZ41H,BZ41W,BZ41Y PN16-PN40 Insulation jacket wedge type gate valve: manual, flange connection, open stem wedge rigid single gate, valve seat sealing surface material is carbon steel, chromium nickel molybdenum titanium stainless steel, with thermal insulation function. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and other systems to keep heat and prevent crystallization of medium, so as to transport high viscosity medium that can be solidified at room temperature.

Product features

The jacket is welded between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the valve are provided with a connecting port with the jacket.

The connecting flange size is one to two specifications larger than that of the common valve of the same specification, and the structure length is the same as that of the common valve of the same specification.

The jacket can freely flow through steam or other hot insulation medium to ensure smooth flow of sticky medium through the valve.
