10. Points for attention in maintenance, installation and commissioning

1) There should be no reduced diameter, elbow, corrugated pipe, etc. on the pipeline within 0.5DN length before and after;

2) If the butterfly valve, pipe force valve, butterfly check valve or butterfly slow-closing check valve are installed immediately before and after the valve, the distance between the two adjacent valves is a straight pipe section of 1.0DN;

3) When the valve plate is assembled, installed, transported, maintained, overhauled or disassembled, be careful not to touch the sealing surface, and take strict protective measures;

4) The valve plate should be closed during assembly, transportation, installation, and storage;

5) If it is necessary to disassemble, be careful not to damage the shaft sleeve to prevent the loss of the tapered pin and the loss of the shaft sleeve;

6) After assembly, installation, maintenance and repair, the metal chips, dirt and impurities in the valve should be cleaned up, and the sealing surface of the surfacing should be wiped clean;

7) Regardless of horizontal installation or vertical installation, when the direction of the flow channel cannot be determined, when the valve is opened, the butterfly valve has a large end facing the direction of water inlet;
