1. Purpose

The multifunctional piston hydraulic control valve is a patented product of our company. It has the characteristics of automatic hydraulic control, slow opening when starting the pump, and quick closing first and then slow closing when stopping the pump. Six, structure and working principle and characteristics

1) Basic structure:

Consists of the main valve and external control components. The main valve is composed of a valve body, a large and small valve plate, a valve stem, a valve cover, a valve seat, a piston, a piston cylinder, etc. The external control component is composed of a micro check valve, a regulating valve, a filter and corresponding pipelines. One way in the external control assembly connects the inlet end of the valve with the lower cavity of the piston cylinder, and the other way connects the outlet end of the valve with the upper cavity of the piston cylinder.

2) Working principle:

The opening and closing of the valve depends on the pressure of the conveyed medium and the pressure difference in the piston cylinder. The action time is controlled by the regulating valve in the external control assembly. The opening and closing of the valve is completed by the large and small valve plates, the large valve plate plays the role of quick opening and quick closing, and the small valve plate plays the function of slow opening and slow closing. It is worth noting that the opening of the large valve plate is controlled by the small valve plate, and the large valve plate can only move after the small valve plate moves.

After the pump is started, the medium enters the lower cavity of the piston cylinder through the external control component, and the piston moves up to drive the small valve plate to rise, releasing the axial restriction on the large valve plate, and the large valve plate opens under the pressure of the inlet medium.

When the inlet pressure disappears, the large valve plate rapidly drops under the action of the medium pressure at the outlet end of the valve and its own weight to achieve quick closing and intercept most of the fluid. At the same time, the pressure in the upper cavity of the piston cylinder pushes the piston down to realize the slow closing of the small valve plate. Since the external control loop is equipped with regulating valves, the up and down movement speed of the piston in the piston cylinder can be adjusted, so as to realize the adjustment of the slow opening and slow closing process of the valve plate.

By changing the opening degree of the regulating valve in the external control component, the opening and closing time of the valve can be adjusted; the filter has a reverse self-cleaning function, which greatly improves the reliability of the product and the service life of the product.

7. Main functions and technical features

1) It has multiple functions such as light-load starting pump, shut-off and non-return, eliminating water hammer, and one valve at most multiple valves, which saves the total equipment investment.

2) The valve can be equipped with an opening indicating rod, and the stroke of the piston cylinder can be controlled by adjusting the screw rod to achieve coarse flow adjustment; a stroke switch or valve position indicator can be added to output switch signals or 4-20mA DC for monitoring by the main control room (Our company's patent).

3) The opening and closing of the valve is driven by the conveying medium, and it is automatically interlocked with the operation of the water pump. The valve is opened when the pump is opened and the valve is closed when the pump is stopped. It is very convenient to operate without personnel. There is no need for external power and components, fewer failures, and reduced maintenance.

4) The energy-saving effect is good. The valve adopts excellent hydraulic design and has low flow resistance. When the valve is fully opened, its resistance coefficient is basically the same as that of the Y-type globe valve. Compared with similar products at home and abroad, the resistance loss is reduced by about 20%.

5) The filter in the external control channel has a self-washing function, which effectively adapts to contaminated media and prolongs the service life of the valve [].

6) The drive and control components are located outside the valve body, and the internal components of the valve piston cylinder can be overhauled online without stopping the pump.

8. The shape and installation form of the multifunctional hydraulic control valve

The valve can be installed horizontally and vertically, and horizontal installation is preferred if space permits. For vertical installation, the flow direction of the medium should be upwards. At the same time, in order to maintain the accuracy and flexibility of the large valve plate fast closing, counterweights and springs are allowed. Therefore, when using vertical installation, please specify in the delivery requirements.
