Product description

1. Main purpose

The anti-wave float valve is a new product developed by our company. It solves the problem that the float ball of the previous float valve is easily damaged under the impact of imported water, leading to failure and causing serious consequences. The new structure product effectively eliminates the problem of water flow. The violent agitation of the ball valve can reasonably control the movement of the float valve, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the product.

It is used as a liquid level control valve in automatic water supply systems such as water tanks, small pools, and water towers in industrial and mining, enterprises, and buildings, or as a liquid level control valve for circulating water supply in atmospheric boilers.

2. Structure and working principle

The structure and working principle of the floating ball valve and the remote floating ball valve and the floating ball fixed water level valve are similar. They are composed of a main valve and a control valve. The main valve is composed of a valve body and a control part. The control part is a piston structure, and the actual water level is lower than the setting. When the height is high, the floating ball falls with the water surface, opening the control valve, the pressure medium of the control valve flows into the water tower and other containers, the main valve valve plate opens, and water is supplied to the water tower and other containers through the main valve. When the actual liquid level is higher than the preset height, the floating ball rises to close the control valve, the main valve controls the medium pressure in the room to close the main valve valve plate, and stops water supply to the water tower and other containers.

 3. Main technical features

a. The floating ball fixed water level valve is directly installed at the water inlet of the container, with accurate liquid level control and simple structure;

b. In addition to the floating ball fixed water level valve, other types of floating ball valves are composed of a main valve and a floating ball pilot valve. The main valve and the pilot valve can be installed remotely and have a remote control function;

c. The control valve is installed in the water tower of the pool, and the height is set according to the liquid level, and it opens and closes automatically. So as to achieve the function of remotely controlling the height of the liquid level of the pool and water tower;

d. The control accuracy is high, the water level is not disturbed by the water pressure and closed tightly.

e. Smooth operation, convenient debugging, simple operation and maintenance;

f. The sealing adopts soft and hard sealing combination technology, and the sealing effect is good;

g. Adopt full-pass wide flow valve body, with low flow resistance and energy saving;
