The electric butterfly valve cannot be closed, causing the return water to break through the pump, and accidents often occur. In the 1970s, ordinary butterfly check valves were used at the outlet of water pumps, which had no opening and closing functions, and could not start the pump with light load and eliminate water hammer. Water pumps and valves often failed. In the 1980s, a hydraulically controlled butterfly valve was used at the outlet of the pump, which was large in size, complicated in maintenance, and easy to leak oil. In the 1990s, a multifunctional hydraulic control valve was used at the outlet of the water pump. The overall effect was good, but it was large in size and could not be suitable for large-caliber production, and its flow resistance coefficient was relatively large.


In the 21st century, the water pump outlet adopts an advanced hydraulic automatic valve, which has the function of starting the pump with light load and eliminating water hammer. At the same time, it also has the characteristics of small volume and low flow resistance coefficient, so it is widely used. However, the valve has an asymmetric structure, which is very inconvenient for technical renovation projects, especially trench installation, and requires digging the trench width. In addition, the valve is designed with reference to the hydraulic control butterfly valve form and is equipped with heavy hammers, hoses and other components, which affects the valve. The drag coefficient also makes the valve overall irregular. Since its establishment, our company has been committed to the development and production of pump outlet control valves. In order to thoroughly solve the above problems, the company took five years to develop a tube force valve. This valve is a new type of control equipment for pumping stations with novel structure, advanced performance and reliable operation at home and abroad, which can adapt to the requirements of the working conditions of water supply and drainage pumping stations.


Pipe force valve is the third-generation new product of hydraulic automatic valve and a new type butterfly multifunctional water pump control valve. The valve adopts fluid design, low energy consumption, stable operation and good sealing effect. It has the functions of a non-return room and a water sleep eliminator, agile fast closing speed and adjustable pressure relief time, which can effectively eliminate water hammer hazards and protect Water pump and pipe network system. This valve is mainly used in the outlet pipes of centrifugal pumps, mixed flow pumps and axial flow pumps of automated water supply and drainage pumping stations. 6. Main technical features of the product:


1. Diverse functions: It has the functions of shut-off and non-return, light-load start pump, elimination of water hammer, etc., one valve at most multiple valves, saving the total investment of equipment.


2. Slowly open the pump: After starting the pump, the valve must reach a certain pressure under the action of the micro-hole check valve at the inlet end before the valve opens, which can reduce the starting current of the pump and ensure the motor and electronic control system.


3. 7. 9. Strong adaptability: Diaphragm type and piston type are suitable for various working conditions and media. The special filter in the external control component can effectively filter the impurity particles in the sewage, and ensure that the medium entering the diaphragm cavity or the piston cylinder is a clean liquid. The filter device has a self-washing function. Manually discharge the slag regularly. The adjustment type can be adjusted manually or electrically to control the opening according to the requirements of the working conditions.


Seven, the principle of action:


1. Valve opening: The initial state is shown in (1). When the water pump starts, the water pressure enters the lower cavity of the control chamber through the inlet bypass pipe with micro-hole check valve. The large valve plate is under the hydraulic action of the inlet end, and the small The valve plate opens slowly together, as shown in Figure (2). The valve opening speed can be set by adjusting the opening degree of the bypass ball valve according to the requirements of the working conditions to achieve the best effect.


2. Closing the valve: At the moment of stopping the pump, the inlet flow and pressure of the valve suddenly decrease, and the large valve plate closes quickly under the action of gravity (before the valve plate contacts the valve seat, there is a buffer mechanism to protect the sealing surface), cutting off most of the water flow, The small valve plate is automatically opened under the action of the control chamber to release the return pressure water and reduce the peak value of water hammer, as shown in the figure


(3) Show; At the same time, part of the return water enters the upper cavity of the control chamber through the bypass pipe, pushes the control rod down, and closes the small valve plate to completely cut off the medium, as shown in the figure

1. BFDG 7 m/h41 ordinary type


The company's regular supply is diaphragm type. The common type is suitable for the return pressure of the pipe network system to be greater than 0.1Mpa;


2. BFDG 7h4 2 adjustable type (A manual, B electric)


On the basis of the common type, by installing an adjustment device on the control chamber, the valve opening can be adjusted manually or electrically according to the system requirements to achieve coarse adjustment and control of the medium flow in the pipe network. Denso's conventional loan is a common type, with special requirements, it can be configured according to user requirements.

3. DG7m43 sewage type


It is suitable for conveying sewage and slag slurry water. The diaphragm structure has low sensitivity to particulate sewage containing slag. At the same time, the special filter in the external control component can effectively filter the impurity particles in the sewage, ensuring that the medium entering the control chamber is a clean liquid , At the same time, the filter device has a self-washing function. There is a slag discharge device at the bottom, which can be manually and regularly discharged. The system does not have a cleaning device.


4. DG 7m/h 4 4 Backwater low pressure type


When the return pressure of the pipe network system is lower than 0.1Mpa, this product is recommended, and the valve is equipped with an auxiliary valve closing mechanism.


5. DG 7m/h 4 5 signal output type


The working principle of the signal output type pipe force valve is the same as that of the ordinary type. On the basis of it, a travel switch is added, which can directly express three signals of full open, full close and fault, so that the valve opening and closing can be observed on site or remotely monitored. The installation structure is simple, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.


6. DG7m/h46 axial flow pump type


In view of the working characteristics of the axial flow pump, the valve realizes the light-load starting function of opening the valve first and then starting the pump by adding control components. When the pump is stopped, the valve automatically closes quickly and then slowly to eliminate water hammer.


7. DG7m/h47 antifreeze type


In order to adapt to the cold climate in the north and other regions, the control part of the anti-freezing tube force valve adopts a thermal insulation structure. Through heat exchange and auxiliary heating, it can be suitable for harsh working conditions of -20°C.


Nine, valve installation instructions


1. The pipe force valve can be installed horizontally and vertically (medium flow direction is upward). The rod side of the control work item is the outlet direction. Reverse installation is strictly prohibited, and the valve shaft must be in a horizontal position.


2. For the convenience of installation and maintenance, horizontal installation should be given priority when space permits.


3. When the valve diameter is greater than or equal to 900mm, in order to improve the stress of the pipeline, a support or foundation can be set.
